This has been such a game changer for me!  It's like taking my personal trainer with me to the gym!  I know EXACTLY what to do and I have a record of my gains and losses.  Ben designed the workout specifically for me to help me reach my fitness goals.  I LOVE it and look forward to my workouts because everything is structured n I didn't have to figure it all out for myself!  It's awesome n I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try if you haven't already!  THANKS A MILLION BEN n I'm looking forward to see what you have for me next ! I appreciate you!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Terre Walsh
