## What is Resilimy?

Resilience is “the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties”. We believe resilient people make the world work better. We passionately believe that the more resilient people are, the more they empowered they will be to:

- navigate life’s challenges.
- embrace life’s ups and downs
- live more harmoniously together and can create a more resilient world.

Our app offers the training and tools to activate resilience in everyone. We are not creating resilience. Our job is merely to tap into the existing resilience in every individual, thereby improving their wellbeing  and, as a result, the harmony of households and the sustained productivity of organisations .
