## What is ResiMap?

ResiMap shows you where new homes are actually selling.

Every night, ResiMap tracks sold and under-contract counts across 2,400+ new-home communities from 31 builders in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Texas. Those counts become a sales pace you can see on a map — so you know which communities are moving and which have stalled, without calling around.

WHAT YOU GET

- A live map of new-home communities, color-coded by sales pace
- Monthly pace and month-to-date sales for every community
- Filter by builder, by sales activity, or by townhome-only
- Search any community, city, or street address
- "Near me" — see what's selling around your current location
- Top Sellers — the fastest-moving communities in your market
- Percent sold, total lots, starting price, and a link to each community

WHO IT'S FOR

Land acquisition teams, homebuilders, developers, brokers, appraisers, and lenders who need to know how fast homes are selling in a specific submarket — and who are tired of stale reports and secondhand rumor.

HOW IT WORKS

ResiMap reads publicly available community information from builder websites every night and turns it into a consistent sales-pace metric. "Sold" means the same thing for every builder — sold, under contract, and reserved — so communities are actually comparable to each other.

ACCESS

ResiMap accounts are provisioned by invitation during the beta. Contact us at resimapusa.com if you'd like access to your market.
