Her customer service was outstanding, and she genuinely cared about helping me get everything set up properly. Before using it, I was juggling notes, texts, and spreadsheets and things would slip through the cracks. Resimpli gave me one place to manage leads, follow-ups, contracts, KPIs, and marketing spend, which instantly made my operation tighter. What’s helped me most is visibility. I can see exactly where my leads are in the pipeline, track what’s actually working, and hold myself (and my acquisitions manager) accountable. It’s made my follow-ups more consistent and my decision-making faster because the data is right there. It’s not a magic button—you still have to do the work—but if you’re serious about wholesaling and want to run it like a real business instead of chaos, Resimpli is worth it. I’m looking forward to using it and seeing what all it can do. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Charged after cancel + ongoing product and support issues *2025-10-18, version 5.0.8* We left Resimpli after persistent problems: calling restricted unless every number became a lead, unclear AI pricing that later added hundreds/month plus usage credits, weak mobile visibility for owners, slow onboarding (weeks), rigid pipelines, noisy auto-lead creation, and poor buyer/skip-trace results. Support was slow and inconsistent. After cancelling, we were still charged and our unused credits aren’t refundable. We won’t be back and can’t recommend based on our experience. ### 1/5 — Recent Bugs- Website Down *2025-08-12, version 5.0.5* Amazing software at first but the bugs recently are insane and disruptive when it’s down. They helped me tremendously with setting up my e-sign templates so everything was ready for my very first deal. What could have been stressful felt smooth and easy thanks to their patience and expertise. They also helped me get my Zapier account fixed so my leads now flow seamlessly into my CRM. Their responsiveness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stand out. There are some transaction management functions as well, for when a deal goes under contract, but they’re not quite as advanced as the lead system, just yet. They are constantly working to improve the system though, and always welcome ways to help improve their systems and for your business needs. ### 4/5 — Just about perfect... *2023-02-07* REsimpli has been a game changer not just for me, but thousands of other real estate investors as well. It integrates so many different systems into a single package and does it well. The mobile app is pretty fast, functional, and can handle most of what you can do on the web version. There are some known bugs and quirks that users have brought to their attention that when addressed I will certainly shift my 4 star to a 5 star review.
