### 2/5 — App shuts down

*2023-01-25, version 1.1.5*

This use to be a good app with lots of different things to do but now whenever I try to customize or go to settings or anything other then the home page the app just closes and I’ve never had that issue before.

### 2/5 — Eh

*2022-10-29, version 1.1.5*

The app is fine but it’s not very serious. Don’t pay extra for the “upper body” section because there’s really nothing worth it.

### 2/5 — Noiseless workout

*2021-06-14, version 1.1.5*

For some reason there’s no sound cues, and it shuts the music off on my phone.I’ll use it for now, but I really don’t like that.

### 3/5 — Music while using

*2021-03-12, version 1.1.5*

The other fitify apps, I can listen to Spotify or YouTube while using the app. This one I can’t, can you guys fix that?

### 2/5 — Loved to hated

*2020-09-29, version 1.1.5*

So I initially loved the app until I realized that the in app audio can’t be turned off and it stops my phone music so I only have the option to listen to the in app voice telling me to begin and I can’t play in phone music while working out using this app. Really disappointed I don’t have the option to shut the voice off..

### 2/5 — Not so great

*2020-07-27, version 1.1.5*

I bought the premium option. No more exercises I guess no ads?? Not many exercises to customize a workout. No real core exercises.. No ab exercises.
Not impressed

### 3/5 — Love the workouts

*2020-06-18, version 1.1.5*

The workouts are great but it needs to connect with Apple Health and it needs a voice guide or sound timer to know when to transition

### 3/5 — Where’s the music?

*2020-05-07, version 1.1.5*

Great app. Easy to follow. My only issue is that it doesn’t work while music is playing at the same time. Whether I’ve had music playing then opened the app, or opened the app and then played music - the music always turned off. This caused me to do the workout in total silence. Not very motivation especially when you’re working out at home during this time. Hope they can fix this situation soon or I’ll need to find another app.

### 3/5 — Volume

*2020-04-27, version 1.1.5*

I love this App but the volume for the App doesn’t work on my phone. This should be corrected.

Thanks

### 3/5 — Okay, but had a fatal flaw

*2020-04-05, version 1.1.5*

Would be 5 stars but has a fatal flaw: only 5 seconds between exercises and no way to pause. Seems like an easy fix!

### 3/5 — Mostly okay

*2020-03-06, version 1.1.5*

The functionality is generally fine, but this is the only workout app that completely kills your music, has no native music, and no way to change it. Who works out in silence? Developers are obviously not people that have ever seen the inside of any gym.

### 2/5 — Music pauses

*2020-01-07, version 1.1.5*

App pauses music that leads me to need a another app

### 2/5 — Music cuts out & no form guidance

*2019-10-21, version 1.1.5*

The workouts are pretty good — I definitely broke a sweat over 20 minutes of the full body workout. But my music cuts out as soon as the workouts are launched. How am I supposed to workout without music?!

Also, would love it if there were some written instructions on how to do each exercise. Or at least have the robot voice lady talk through them somewhere. I kept having to pause to try and figure out how to get into the exercises, and I’m not sure I was doing them properly.

### 1/5 — Really wish there was an update

*2019-09-14, version 1.1.5*

App does not work. Tried to pick time then the app crashes and closes. Upset seem like it could be a really good app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Absolute trash

*2021-05-15, version 1.1.5*

The app seems very dull and doesn’t add much value. The voice sounds robotic and unbearable to hear. Save your time

### 1/5 — Disappointing app

*2020-12-28, version 1.1.5*

When I had the free option I liked the idea of it. I had just got resistance bands for Christmas and I was looking for ideas to start a routine since I can’t go to the gym. The issue though is the exercise list here is severely limited. I have to think there are a lot more exercises and I can be able to set a well formed program. I bought the premium version and I don’t feel like I actually got an upgrade.

### 1/5 — Liked the app, when the sound worked

*2020-09-29, version 1.1.5*

There must have been an update, as sound has stopped working. Without sound prompts, you must watch the screen at all times. This can lead to bad form and possible injuries when working out.

Contacted company and there solution was to download another one of their apps.

### 1/5 — Shallow app

*2020-09-29, version 1.1.5*

Only a few workouts

### 1/5 — OK but big flaws

*2020-07-28, version 1.1.5*

Every time they tell you you switch sides in a set, they give you 0 seconds to make the change. By the time I’ve switched sides I’ve lost most of the second half of the set.

Also, instructions from a 90s computer voice and examples that are basically a 2-second gif. All VERY low budget, which is fine for the free version I guess. DON’T PAY though, it doesn’t get any better for your money.

### 1/5 — This is the first app I paid to upgrade in along time and I regret it 100%

*2020-06-11, version 1.1.5*

The app feels like a high school app development project. It’s NOT functional. And the only reason I even paid for the app was to get the Upper Body Workout. I should’ve given the app a try before upgrading it so quickly. A mistake I’ll never make again.

### 1/5 — Unsophisticated app

*2020-04-12, version 1.1.5*

This app is probably best with the large rubber band style bands compared to the kind with a handle on each side. It’s a woman’s computerized voice telling you when to start an exercise. At the beginning you select how long of a workout you want to do. However, during the workout you don’t know how much time is left. Lastly, I paid the $2.99 fee but still couldn’t unlock the upper body workouts. Total rip off. It’s a pretty unsophisticated app and I don’t anticipate using it at all.

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2020-04-09, version 1.1.5*

This could be a great workout, but there is a major glitch with the clock. You are supposed to do each exercise for 30 seconds, but the timer only gives you maybe 10 seconds. Also, not enough time given for when you have to switch sides. I use their kettle bell App and it works great. I hope they can fix this one.

### 1/5 — Just bad

*2020-02-07, version 1.1.5*

This is the worst workout app I have ever used

### 1/5 — App pauses your music

*2019-10-09, version 1.1.5*

I downloaded this app and immediately deleted it because it pauses and doesn’t restart your music. It does this with everything you tap on. 👎🏾👎🏾

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Kicked my ass highly recommend

*2020-06-14, version 1.1.5*

Review

### 5/5 — Great resource

*2019-02-22, version 1.1.5*

Finding a routine for resistance bands is fantastic. This is also extremely well designed and gives variable times.

### 5/5 — Really flexible, love it!

*2019-02-12, version 1.1.5*

I’ve created custom applications for Monday Wednesday and Friday, and Tuesday and Thursday. This program is very flexible and let you design the program for your needs. But, the only thing I would suggest is they give an option to extend the “get ready“ from 10 seconds to something like 30 seconds

### 5/5 — Game changer!

*2018-02-08, version 1.1.5*

I’m a mommy of four young kids & need to be able to squeeze my workouts in whenever possible. I got tired of having to spend valuable time lugging my dumbbells out. Also having a hernia limits me with weights. We got some resistance bands but not knowing how to use them, I looked all over you tube for videos but only found gym people mostly talking ...finally I found this awesome app and I got an amazing routine I use 5 days a week at home & even at the gym 🙌

### 5/5 — Best Resistance Band App!

*2017-09-01, version 1.1.5*

I've tried other resistance band apps and found myself wanting more....until this app. The ease of use and simple layout is fantastic. The best part for me is the custom workouts that you can assemble for yourself. Target what you want and how you want to customize it for you and to keep it changing so it doesn't get boring. I had a question about the app and contacted the developer and got a VERY quick response. They were also kind and courteous. Please keep up the good work with this app!

If you don't have this app then GET IT! You won't be disappointed.

### 4/5 — Good but sound an issue

*2021-03-13, version 1.1.5*

I’d like to listen to music or podcast but can’t with this app. Please update to allow for muting b

### 4/5 — The upgrade does not include additional exercises

*2020-11-28, version 1.1.5*

I’m looking for an app that contains a database of resistance band and free weight exercises with a demo vid for each. The programs are fine but when I pay for an upgrade I expect more content.

### 4/5 — Simplicity At Its Best

*2020-10-18, version 1.1.5*

We all just need to know how to do these exercises. Having a person demonstrating how to do these exercises really helps. The only flaw with this app is not having the option to be able to listen to music on my phone while using this app at the same time. Let me know if I’m missing something.

### 4/5 — Good app but some exercises are missing

*2020-08-31, version 1.1.5*

Overall it’s a good app. They have plenty of exercices for the shoulders, glut, thighs, arms, a few for the back but unfortunately just one exercise for the chest. And this is a shame, I would have liked more exercises included in the workout. There are plenty of different chest exercices available on the internet (e.g. push ups with bands, L-flye, push press...) and if the developers could add them, the app could turn into the best on the market

### 3/5 — Can’t play music while app is running

*2021-06-08, version 1.1.5*

I like this workout set up, I have the kettlebell one as well. Unfortunately you can’t play music while this app is running like you can with the other fitness apps. Hopefully they can get to that level. Otherwise good app, shows the workout example to follow along.
