One, I enlarged it to the size I wanted and pressed ‘resize’ but when I looked at the bottom the height was not what I set it to. I kept pressing resize but it stayed inaccurate. Two, when I tried to save it to my gallery, I pressed the icon for photo gallery, but when I looked in my photo gallery it wasn’t there. 'Resize Image' adds the missing resize functionality. Others have written the app does not work for various reasons. Try these instructions for basic functionality on an iPhone. This can only reduce picture size - not make enlargements. <> means click as indicated in the following instructions. icon to start app icon in lower left ...assuming you have photos select a photo to resize icon in lower left, w/ sliders ...note size of picture below image icon upper right ...select percent <50%> or <20%> middle of screen ...100% 8 MB, size of original ....50% will reduce to 3MB ....20% will reduce to 0.6 MB under row of sizes ...to make the change ...note the reduced image size icon in middle lower icon for Photo Library to confirm save destination Go to your Photo Library. There are minor things that could be improved, so 4 stars. ### 4/5 — Definitely more than I ever expected *2016-08-10, version 5.5* The low cost and seemingly simple interface actually caused me to think this was just another junk app. But one day when I had to resize some photos for my website and I was not able to grab my laptop, I downloaded this app hoping it would suffice for that one use. Well, months later, I have used it for hundreds of photos. It is basic and I like that. If I need more advanced features, I can use other software on my computer later on. But uploading an image while on the go that must be at least a certain size - this app saves the day every time. ### 4/5 — Use it almost every day *2016-05-29, version 5.5* I’ve had this app for several years. I still use it almost every day. The one improvement I’d most like is the ability to crop before resizing. (It would be much more convenient than using the Apple Photos app. Also, the Apple app operates on the original photo which I don’t like.) Using this app I can reduce the image size, but then I can't do anything with the revised image. The app appears to say that it is saved to the clipboard. But I don't want the new image on a clipboard, I want it saved to my photostream so that I can use it wherever I want. When activated it allows you to resize an image without stretching it, and when you turn it off is allows you to resize an image without stretching it. Too bad I got this app to stretch my image. This app is brilliant for reducing image size to make it easy to upload.
