Only complaint is that the take a photo to see if you collect feature does not work anymore- just come up as an error- good if you could fix so I don’t mistakenly try and recycle things with you ### 4/5 — Great service helping me to do my bit *2026-08-07* It has been my second pick up of soft clothes that my friend and I are in the process of sorting through from close spot parties and from our own wardrobes. And on this occasion, I added my dead pillows to the pick up which was fantastic because there is nothing worse than just throwing the stuff into the bin and thinking now it’s going to just cause problems. This is a really great service and the app is really easy to use. It’s a fantastic service and takes a lot of unusual items to save from landfill. Coffee capsules, empty toothpaste tubes and cosmetic container items, kitchen ware, small appliances and larger ones (with notice) to name a few. The App is great and provides all the information you need. Many local councils fund a 2 bag pick up per month.
