## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not fully functional

*2025-09-01*

We have been running into a lot of issues with ResNexus. This app is a good start, but it doesn’t look like there’s much emphasis to fix bugs and actually make this app functional. So far we’re able to use it to reply to customer texts But that’s about it. Trying to take a reservation on the phone using this app or Doing anything else is pretty much impossible because it’s not feature complete. ResNexus has a lot of potential, but this potential is largely unrealized.

### 1/5 — Inconsistent

*2025-06-17*

Lately, when I login to the app, it tells me “Page Not Found”. I have to login on my browser instead. Not idea when you’re trying to take care of a customer at that time.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2023-06-06*

After logging in, tapping any function sends me back to the login screen. I can’t access ANY function in this app.

### 2/5 — Not fully functional

### 5/5 — Does everything we need

We run a farm lodge so we’re often out in the field working when we get guest inquiries or Reservations. It’s nice to have an app that we can go to where we can quickly figure out how to address whatever issue comes along. we use this app mainly to message guests, see who’s arriving and departing and enter phone reservations when necessary away from the front desk. my only beef with the app is having to constantly login. If Airbnb can keep people logged in on the phone and still remain PCI compliant then really this app should be able to do the same thing.
