I love this app because it breaks down my goal of reading 25 books into manageable daily steps. I check in every day, which keeps me accountable and tracks my progress. I think it would be great for any resolution, whether it's weight loss, exercise, drinking less, etc. It definitely deserves 5 stars for ease of use and effectiveness! Thank you!
