## What is Resona?

Most meditation apps hand you a library and let you work out which of four hundred tracks suits a Tuesday. Resona measures you, plays a frequency built for where you actually are, and measures you again.

HOW IT WORKS
Check in by dragging a point on a field - no mood list, no words to find. Resona composes a session for where you are: a binaural, isochronic or monaural beat that ramps from a frequency near your current state to the one your goal needs. Check out on the same field afterwards. The distance between the two points is the result.

WHAT IT LEARNS
After a few sessions Resona can tell you which brainwave band produces the biggest shift for you - and which one to stop bothering with. From your own readings, not from a content team.

THE PROGRAMMES
Fifteen, all generated live rather than played back. Delta descents for sleep down to 1 Hz, 40 Hz gamma for focus, theta for letting go, alpha to settle. Rain, ocean, warm room and night soundbeds. Paced breathing with haptics you can follow with the screen off.

FIND YOUR NOTE
Hum for six seconds and Resona tunes every session's carrier tone to your own natural pitch. The audio is analysed on your iPhone and never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.

THE CHART
Every finished session can leave a point on a shared chart - one word from a fixed list, no name, no profile, nothing to scroll. Points gather under the word they share, so you can see what everyone reached for tonight. You can hold someone else's, silently, and take your own down whenever you like. That is the entire social surface.

FREE
Three complete programmes, ten-minute sessions, both check-ins, your history, and one point on the chart a day. Any locked programme can be sampled for three minutes a day.

RESONA PLUS
All fifteen programmes, any length up to three hours, the Resonance Profile, Find Your Note, every soundbed, and unlimited points on the chart.
