This is the official banking app provided by the Resona Group. It is highly recommended for customers who have bank accounts opened with the Resona Group (Resona Bank, Saitama Resona Bank, Kansai Mirai Bank, and Minato Bank). “Your smartphone becomes your bank” You can check your account balance, manage deposit and withdrawal history, make transfers and PayB payments, and build your assets through time deposits and investment trusts. This is a banking app that allows you to conduct a wide range of transactions anytime and anywhere without visiting an ATM or bank branch. SEからアプリを削除 6. SE(iOS15.6.1)にアプリをインストールし初期設定を行う 　→初期設定完了&機能利用可能 **Developer response:** poipoi_river さん、コメントいただきありがとうございます。また、ご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。 2023年2月現在、本アプリではiOS15ならびにiOS16はサポートの対象となりますので、 お客さまがご利用の環境でもご利用いただくことが可能です。 通信環境や端末状況等によりアプリの挙動が不安定になる場合がございますので、 通信環境の整った場所でアプリの再インストールならびに初期設定を実施いただきますようお願いいたします。 上記をご確認いただいても解消しない場合は、口座状況を確認させていただいた上でご案内させていただきますので、 画面右上のお問合せボタンより、お問合せいただきますようお願いいたします。 これからもりそなグループアプリをよろしくお願いいたします。 ### 1/5 — 結局アンインストールした *2020-08-19* ●最初の登録につまずいたのですが、アプリ内に電話質問の案内が表示されて←これは親切だなと思いました。 (でも電話対応の男性が、話しの最初からイライラした感じで不快な対応でした。) ↓ ●アプリ登録後、 アプリを開く際に生体認証だけ利用(パスコードの利用ナシ)に設定変更したかったのだか、できなかった。 「生体認証の利用」と設定しても、アプリを立ち上げると、すぐにに個人的な口座情報が画面に出てきてしまいセキュリティ的に不安な状態に。 (生体認証＆パスコードの“両方利用・両方利用ナシ”はできる) 電話対応が微妙だったので次はチャットで質問し改善方法をいくつか案内してもらったが、試したけれど“生体認証だけの単独利用”が結局できなかったので、アンインストール。 設定できなかったのは私の技量がなかったからかもですが、便利よりも不安が大きなアプリという印象です。 【追記】 “パスコードを設定をしても生態認証だけで開くので、実際パスコードは利用しなくても済む”との回答をいただきましたが、 “生体認証とパスコードを両方設定すると、両方利用しなくてはならず不便”と勘違いしている訳ではありません。 両方設定しても、生体認証だけで開くことは存じています。 ★パスコードでは開かないようにしたかったのです。 (生体認証は他人の指紋では開くことができないので安心ですが、パスコードは他人でも数字が合えば開いてしまうため。) 手間の問題ではなくて、安全性の問題で不安だと申し上げました。 **Developer response:** ニックネームツライ さん、コメントいただきありがとうございます。本アプリは、ご利用いただいている端末の生体認証機能を準用しております。現存するほとんどの端末では、パスコードやパターン認証等の上位互換機能として生体認証機能を備えているため、パスコードを一度設定いただき、生体認証利用機能をＯＮにしていただくことで、実質的にパスコードの都度利用は不要となります。何卒ご理解賜りますようお願いいたします。 ## Frequently asked questions about Resona Group app ### What banks are supported by the Resona Group app?
