However, I don’t think it’s fair to describe me as “impatient.” I called the listed phone number because I had a billing concern, but it went straight to voicemail with no recording or message indicating that support was handled exclusively through email. Had that been communicated, I would have contacted them that way from the beginning. As a meditation, mindfulness, and forgiveness app, I had hoped the public response would reflect those same values. While I’m grateful the issue was resolved, I believe customer communication could have been handled with more empathy and understanding. Customers service is nonexistent. I’ve been contacting trying to contact them today. Nothing they even charge me even though I already canceled the subscription. **Developer response:** We responded to your email within 8 hours and resolved the issue immediately, which was due to the user signing up for double subscriptions. Just noting it here that the customer was impatient because they tried to call, but we clearly state that our support works through email and our website support form only. I loved her podcast, and this app is even better. I love the daily meditations, and it’s already become a morning routine for me. The one thing I will say is (and it could be my phone because it’s an older phone) but the app will just close in the middle of a mediation. It doesn’t always happen, but sometimes. Not sure if it’s a glitch or my phone, but besides that, love it! Her voice is so calming, and the meditations are grounding and healing! I know there’s many different people out there with mediation apps, but I believe if you make a connection with one of those people/ apps, if their mediations inspire you, you should stick with them.
