They had so many that loved them and shopped with them. They describe item so accurate you know you can trust it. EASY customer service best I have ever seen. They just don’t sell items from boutique they CARE about every single member. THE BEST shopping experience on internet. They truly are the most compassionate people you could ever know. Their style is always on point and as a plus size lady… I love I have so many options. My family loves all the goodies and my husbands best purchase was the bacon bin. James special ordered me a Myra Bag I wanted! Amazing shop! Amazing people. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Predatory Return Tactics *2026-08-06, version 32.16.8* I received a sweater that was damaged right out of the package—it arrived with a large hole and a 2-inch run. I followed the website's return instructions, but the customer service process was a nightmare: Initial Denial & Ignored Emails: Customer service initially denied my request while referencing the wrong item. They later approved a return for store credit only, but ignored my reply asking for a full refund and a shipping label or return address. Ignored Until Public Review: They only responded after I posted a negative review on the product page. Still would not allow me to return the item for refund. Disregard for Consumer Protection Laws: Under implied warranty law, defective goods qualify for a full refund within 30 days, regardless of internal store policy. Calculated Loophole for Chargebacks: They claimed they emailed for more info (which I never received) and refused a full refund. Yet, they deliberately withheld the return address. They use this trick to fight credit card disputes while locking your money into store credit. Poor quality control, non-responsive support, then aggressive customer service and shady workarounds to bypass consumer rights. Avoid this shop. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2023-01-11, version 2.20.59* I do NOT recommend you buy from this company! I am a teacher and a careful shopper. I purchased a pair of jeans from RTS and upon arrival, they were too big. I immediately applied for an exchange and was told to send them back with the tags. Since it was Christmas time and life was chaotic I misplaced the tags but only needed an exchange for a smaller size. I made that clear when I returned the jeans and paid $15 to ship them back to RTS, I did not expect a refund just an exchange. RTS denied my request just because I didn’t have the original tag. And told me I should be happy they returned the original jeans and did not make me pay for the return shipping! Outrageous! So now I’m out $95 for a pair of jeans that I cannot wear all because of a tag when the jeans were obviously unused. This is ridiculous. Any store that I have ever bought jeans at has always allowed for an exchange as long as you have the receipt and it is returned quickly. This business is a scam! They know their customers well and can get to know you also as they are often able to suggest sizing adjustments based on the person. They also carry clothing that looks great on all women! Throughout the year they pull in items to include guys and kids as well! They fundraise and support businesses that give back to great causes. They also do their business to support local businesses (many in Mn but also several in other states here in the USA). Over the years they have helped me build my confidence in what I wear and grow to like so many new things.
