Their welcome bonus is bet $50 and get $200 in bonus bets. But if one of their supports agents gives a poor explanation of the terms and you cash out the bet and then once it’s cleared up place the EXACT SAME TICKET. They will not honor the WELCOME BONUS. Used this book for 1 ticket and will not be using it again. They will not stay open if they Treat all new customers this way ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-02-07, version 4.5.1* Absolutely no point to use this sports book. It’s plain out ugly and terrible for any promotions. Don’t even bother. They promised to match up to 100 dollars which they did not. The bet didn’t process so i decided to withdraw. I waited a few days and received a response that stated I would receive my money back in 7-10 business days. I’m beyond frustrated with Resorts world bet. Couldn’t tell you how the app itself is considering no matter how many times I verify my name, email, dob.. still cannot login. ### 1/5 — Place is a joke *2023-06-28* I thought sports books made money by taking wagers ? Apparently not. Limits below 10 dollars on a variety of wagers. In some cases limit a dollar or less. Repeated attempts through both chat room and emailing customer service and it’s obvious they read off a script. Every bet is at the traders discretion. Had a good first day. By my 2nd day, bets were limited to $5. Plenty of better options ### 1/5 — Bet restrictions and deposit scam *2023-03-17* 1. The deposit offer, or lack thereof, is confusing. I deposited $500 with the welcome offer, and nothing received. Reached out to support — no help. 2. I’m currently in the red and yet Resort has limited my bets to $3 max. How is it legal that the casino can take our money, and just decide that’s enough and restrict its players. There’s some really questionable ethical lines being crossed. I deposited $250 with a promise of one free bet up to $500. I lost the bet contacts customer service and they said to bad we no longer offer that. The company is a scam. I downloaded the app and signed up and didn’t get the $250 free bet. Its click bait. I contacted customer service and they said they don’t offer that anymore. Yet they are advertising it. I received nothing ### 1/5 — Scammed *2025-02-24, version 4.6.2* I won 120$ and when I tried to cash out they just Suspened my account for no reason and I couldn’t contact them. ### 1/5 — READ BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD *2025-01-21, version 4.6.2* It has officially been longer than A WEEK since my account was suspended from Resorts World for no reason. All I have done is place bets on the Resorts World App.. I signed up for the Deposit-Match offer (Which they were giving me trouble honoring in the first place) and went on a little streak. Decided to withdraw half of the money and leave the rest to play with. Next day after initiating the withdrawal, my account was suspended. I reach out to support EVERY SINGLE DAY and get the same NPC robot responses about checking my email for a response from the “Accounts Team” (which I still haven’t received) & how I should expect the email within no longer than 24 hours.. (still haven't heard ANYTHING and it has been longer than A WEEK) Its funny how it takes under a minute to fund my account but when it comes to withdrawing.. suddenly there are inconsistencies on my account. I’m literally not joking when I say they only have 2 support members working everyday.. who BTW are no help with anything and don’t know how to do their job. Keep in mind.. this is an account with only $1000 on it.. imagine how they treat customers who bet bigger! I am done with this pointless back and forth thing.. they are PURPOSELY prolonging this process & using extremely shady business practices at the same time. I have heard bad things about their machines at the casinos being misleading & “rigged” with coding (Check Reddit). STAY AWAY FROM RESORTS WORLD AT ALL COSTS! DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.. Do not fall for the welcome offers. They will hold your money, restrict your bets, not give you bonus bets and ignore your customer service chats and emails.
