I don’t understand what does room only means. Does it mean it doesn’t come with toilet? WiFi? Inwas told by the theme park personnel to join due to we spend quite money to play to collect the RW Point. After Gem activation the Gem card for collecting point hang and after spending a lot here we still unable to get any RW Point. Useless apps ever. Called the Genting Reward centre 10 times but no 1 pickup the call.
