It normally takes me an average of 3-4 hours to get to sleep. From the first night of use I have fallen asleep within about half an hour and if I wake through the night I can go straight back to sleep instead of staying awake all day from about 2am .. the ringing seems less/lower and I’m beginning to have times when I don’t notice it at all .Sleeping better has made a huge difference to my energy levels and coping. So far thrilled with the app ..
