Unreliable interface, and absolutely worse in every way from the previous planning software my employer used. Every time I put in a support ticket, I’m treated like I’m the idiot for not reading their mind and knowing some confusing workaround to fix the issue, instead of them just patching the bug itself. ### 1/5 — Below Mediocre *2023-01-31* Terrible app that never seems to cooperate. Kicks you out of the software by the slightest infraction. They haven’t. Tech support is rude and will mark issues “resolved” that haven’t been. They will try to imply its user error when their app being buggy and unstable under the guise of troubleshooting, then after the 3-4 suggestions/questions for you, they simply ignore your issue, even when it’s critical to completing your job. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-08-12* Just recently had to start using this app. Does it ever work? Worst glitchy app I’ve ever “tried” to use. ### 1/5 — Buggy app *2025-05-28* To check in with work you must scan a QR code. This almost never works on the first try you have to restart the app 20 times. This is a very frustrating thing when you are trying to work. IT department has no fix but to uninstall the app and sync. Both of which I have done and the problem still occurs constantly. Also it’s stupid they do t have property owners in the parcel viewer. ### 1/5 — Buggy & Slow *2025-05-28* Worst app I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to work. Checking in requires scanning a QR code and that doesn’t work most of the time. It will log me out constantly, even restarting my phone and deleting the app doesn’t work. The IT department isn’t helpful and doesn’t resolve any of the issues. Its unbelievable the Resouce Keeper app could be this bad and frustrating to use. Updates never fix these issues. ### 1/5 — Rate1 *2024-10-10* App is incredibly buggy. It crashes all day long. The sync button works half the time, the app needs a million quality of life updates. The biggest difference, in my opinion, is that this is software from a green industry company, not green industry software from a software company.
