That was disappointing for me to realize and it seemed disingenuous. You have to take the bad with the good. I then reached out to them to ask about the possibility of an unscented oil, to which I received no response. I believe being honest, listening to your customers, and true customer support… Even if you have no plans of changing your product, is so important..
