## What is RespectPlay?

Officials are walking away from sport. Unfiltered abuse, no feedback systems, and zero support are driving referees and umpires out faster than associations can recruit them. RespectPlay changes that.

RespectPlay is a referee and umpire feedback platform built for sporting associations. It gives team managers and spectators a structured, moderated channel to provide constructive feedback on officiating - while protecting officials from
abuse with AI-powered content moderation.

Every piece of feedback is automatically reviewed before it reaches anyone. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is flagged and sanitized, ensuring a safe and professional environment for everyone involved.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Browse games and fixtures for your association
2. Submit structured feedback on officials after a match
3. AI moderation reviews and sanitizes all content automatically
4. Association admins review and approve feedback
5. Officials receive constructive, actionable insights

KEY FEATURES

Structured Feedback
Rate officials across key areas like game flow, consistency, and communication using customizable templates designed by your association. No more unfiltered complaints landing in an inbox.

AI-Powered Moderation
Every submission passes through automatic content review. Abuse is filtered out. Constructive feedback is preserved. Officials only see what helps them improve.

Two-Way Accountability
Officials can rate club environments too - covering manager behaviour, spectator conduct, safety, hospitality, and facilities. Respect goes both ways.

Rules Chat - AI Assistant
Ask natural language questions about your sport's rules and get instant, accurate answers based on your association's specific rulebook. Great for learning, training, and in-the-moment clarity.

Track Your Progress
View your season stats, feedback history, streaks, and badges. Monitor feedback status from submission through moderation to approval.

Multi-Association Support
Belong to multiple sporting associations? Switch between them seamlessly. Your roles, games, and feedback are kept separate for each.

Privacy First
Identity masking, strict access controls, and full audit trails protect all participants. Raw feedback is access-controlled and every view is logged.
