Inside the app, you’ll find guided breathing sessions, including Foundational Breathing, along with cold exposure tracking for everything from cold showers to ice baths. Respia helps you slow down, focus, and build resilience through simple daily practice.

Improved contrast in the Progress tab for better readability.

### 1.8.1 — 2026-03-12

Playlist playback is now much smoother during breathing and cold exposure sessions.

This update fixes an issue where some tracks could stall, skip, or leave long gaps between songs. We also improved downloaded track handling and overall background audio reliability for a more seamless session experience.
