## What is Respins?

Respins is a recipe browser for the Ninja CREAMi. Browse a community catalog, filter it by what you actually have, and keep track of every pint in your freezer.

FILTERS THAT ANSWER REAL QUESTIONS
High protein, no refined sugar, dairy-free, vegan, or without one specific ingredient. The ingredient filters understand families, so "no gum" covers xanthan, guar and tara at once, and the app says so when it can't be sure about a recipe instead of guessing.

YOUR FREEZER, IN ONE PLACE
Start a freeze from any recipe and every pint gets a countdown. Ready pints rise to the top, and the app badge counts the ones waiting for a spin.

MAKE IT YOURS
Save favorites, sort them into collections, log every spin with notes, and write or import your own recipes. Paste a link and the recipe is read for you. Everything syncs across devices with a free account, and every recipe has a short link you can share.

Nutrition is estimated from the ingredients themselves, not typed in by hand, so the macros hold up when you scale a recipe or swap the pint size.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.218.1 — 2026-10-18

A recipe whose photo has gone missing now shows its flavor art instead of a blank space.

### 1.217.0 — 2026-10-17

Made for iPhone Duo: Respins uses the whole inner screen when you unfold it. A new Respins icon, with dark and tinted versions for your home screen.

### 1.210.1 — 2026-10-11

Ready for iPhone Duo. Unfolded, Respins now fills most of the big screen instead of sitting small in the middle.

The heart saves into collections. Favorites is still the default, and you can make your own, give each one a colour, share it by link, or bookmark someone else's.

Add your own ingredients with their nutrition numbers. They come first when you build a recipe.

A glass tab bar, and the Filter chip now sits beside the search.

### 1.173.1 — 2026-09-19

The tab bar now answers the first tap, even while the list is still scrolling.

Photos got a real viewer. Tap one to open it, swipe between them, or jump with the thumbnails. Browse can show recipes as photo cards too, on a switch of its own.

Filter by protein, carbs and fat on a range, the way calories already worked.

A recipe slides in over the list and back out, and Browse and Recipes remember where you were when you return. Signing out asks first. Every recipe shows its short-link number.

### 1.162.2 — 2026-09-10

Housekeeping release. No changes to the app itself this time.
