I’ve dealt with recurring hip and back pain for years (I’ve had 2 minor hip surgeries). I’ve been going to RFI twice a week since January and it has made a massive difference! I highly recommend trying it out. At first, I didn’t want to do it because I hate being cold. But my body is used to it now and I love it.
