I was able to log in and clock in, once. Then I tried to navigate to another area of the limited app and got booted out. Two hours later after my shift I tried to clock out and couldn’t. Went through all the usual steps, power off, reset the app, redownloaded the app, nothing worked. Such a waste. Full appointment schedule is viewable and you can also schedule from the app. Only my clients show up so I won’t get confused with other similar names. Clock in/out is pretty easy because my pre-scheduled appointments are right there to choose from. It even shows how many hours are remaining so I know when to be careful about going over the clients hours. Timecard is also there to review so I can make sure everything is correct before submitting my timecard to payroll. I’ve used other HR type apps with other companies and this is so much more mainstreamed. There’s only 4 main sections. Less mistakes to make.
