## What is Respond?

Respond-ER helps your organisation manage incidents from the first alert to the stand-down.

Raise an incident in seconds and send it straight to the people who need to know. If someone does not acknowledge, Respond-ER re-alerts them and then escalates to the next person, so a missed alert does not stall the response. You can see who has responded, where they are, and their current status.
