App logs you out and does not send login code to log back in. ### 1/5 — Good Luck! *2024-12-28* Sometimes this app works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Maybe you’ll get to clock in or out for a job. Maybe you wont. Incredible an app intended for law enforcement use can’t be more dependable than this. **Developer response:** We apologize with the app not working as expected. It will say I need a temporary code and then when it’s sent and I put it in the app says invalid code. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2024-09-18, version 1.1.4* This app freezes and gets overwhelmed when it’s time to dispute jobs. ### 1/5 — The worst! *2024-09-18* This app is very frustrating. Every time jobs open for our department to sign up, it crashes and you can’t log in to sign up. Always forced to use a desktop! ### 1/5 — Great when it works *2024-01-25, version 1.1.4* Hasn’t worked in months. Asks to verify through email and never sends said email to my account. ### 1/5 — Not great for iphone/Apple products *2024-01-17, version 1.1.3* The app is glitchy on Iphone. A coworker and I both got notifications from the app saying jobs were available but when we went to the app the jobs were not listed. A 2nd coworker who has an android received the notifications and received the list of jobs in the app. This prevented some apple users from getting jobs. ### 2/5 — Neat idea but falls short *2022-05-07* The app is a great idea and somewhat works but falls short when it comes to layout and functionality. The desktop version is much more user friendly and the layout is a little better. New jobs will post and it will crash before you can even sign up and then by the time it works the jobs are filled. So bad it actually loses me money. Interface has potential, and the idea is great. But the app has so many issues of logging out and not allowing users to log back in or get verification codes in a timely manner. Doesn’t allow you to view job with you to coordinate schedules with co workers.
