## What is ResponderTools Call Router?

ResponderTools Call Router makes it easy to manage your on-call team. Adjust call order, update availability, and track call activity—all from your iPhone.
Requires an existing ResponderTools.com account.

ResponderTools Call Router is the companion app for the ResponderTools call-routing system. It gives your team a single, shared phone number that automatically calls members one at a time until someone answers and confirms they can take the call.
With the mobile app, admins and members can quickly manage call routing from anywhere—whether you're part of a public service agency, a service company, or any organization that needs an efficient way to reach the right person.

Sequential Call Routing
- Your team is called one-by-one until someone answers and presses 1 to accept.
Drag-and-Drop Call Order
- Reorder your call tree instantly to match shifts, schedules, or availability.
Per-Member Availability
- Members can mark themselves “Available” or “Do Not Disturb” with a single tap.
Real-Time Activity Logs
- Stay informed with call-flow visibility, including who was called and who answered.
Admin & Member Roles
- Admins can manage the call tree and account settings, while members manage their own availability.
