## What is Respondo Support?

Respondo is the mobile client for the Respondo customer support platform. Sign in with your workspace account and handle customer conversations from your phone.

INBOX
• Conversations from email, live chat, Telegram, WhatsApp and your other connected channels in one list
• The same filters and saved views your team uses on the web
• Assign, snooze, resolve and tag without switching to a laptop

REPLY
• Replies with image attachments and saved macros
• Internal notes that customers never see
• Copilot drafts an answer from your knowledge base — you decide what to send
• Translation for conversations in languages you do not speak

STAY IN THE LOOP
• Push notifications for mentions, assignments and snooze reminders
• Quiet hours and per-category notification settings
• Away mode that stops routing new conversations to you while you are out

ALSO INSIDE
• Knowledge base search, with articles you can insert into a reply
• Contacts and their full conversation history
• A summary of how your team and your own queue are doing

Respondo is a tool for support teams, not a consumer service. You need an existing Respondo workspace account to use the app; workspaces are created at respondo.ai. The app contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
