Considering the propose of this app one would think that a like more attention could be spent on it to assure it functions correctly.

App was already bad, but now it receives alerts but has a permission error when opening the app and interacting with it. Updates never help or introduce more new problems. Terrible.

This is one of the most poorly functioning apps developed. Does not open and work properly. Hard to rely on when using it to get information about calls.

App crashes quite a bit. If you’re trying scroll down to look at other incidents then you’ll scroll through the same same ones for awhile before it finally uploads the rest of them. And when you look at incidents you only get half the screen unfortunately. Definitely needs a lot of work.

If you get logged out for any reason that’s the end of the app for you. It will crash as soon as you open it and it’s been like this for months. You can’t do anything with it. There is no support for the app so your in your own
