## What is ResPOS Go?

ResPOS Go is the delivery partner app for riders working with restaurants on the
Pratham ResPOS platform. Your store creates your rider account — sign in and every
delivery assigned to you shows up here.

RUN YOUR SHIFT
• Go online when you start and offline when you finish
• See every order assigned to you, with the store, the customer and the address
• Accept or decline an order, with a reason when you cannot take it
• Move through each step as it happens: reached the store, picked up, on the way,
  delivered

NAVIGATE WITHOUT SWITCHING APPS
• Live map with the customer's drop point
• Driving route and ETA from wherever you are
• One tap to call the customer

GET PAID CORRECTLY
• Collect cash on delivery and record it against the order
• Take card payments with Tap to Pay
• See tips customers added at checkout
• Track cash in hand that is still to be handed to your store manager

KNOW WHAT YOU EARNED
• Earnings for today, this week, this month, or any dates you pick
• Completed deliveries and tips for the period you choose
• Every delivery listed with its order number, time and amount

STAY IN THE LOOP
• Push notification the moment an order is assigned to you
• Told straight away if the store cancels an order you are carrying, so you take it
  back instead of handing it over
• Delivery OTP support where the store requires the customer to confirm

ResPOS Go is for delivery riders only. If your store uses Pratham ResPOS, ask your
store manager to add you as a delivery partner.
