Not to mention the horrible ability to log hours manually you have to scroll through all the sites. Very, very un user-friendly. It feels like the app is glitching all the time. There are so many things that they could do to make this happen more user-friendly Away mode only the last 24 hours, which is silly and I don’t think a reminder should have to be placed in your phone. ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2025-07-09* The new update is a downgrade. It is so much less efficient to correct hours and often freezes and crashes. Very disappointed in the new ResQ. ### 1/5 — Not working since update *2025-06-29* Unable to login at all since updated app. My phone screen won’t even allow me to click on something to type in username. App interface not user friendly. Does not track location very well **Developer response:** Very sorry to hear your concerns. Regarding privacy, unlike many location apps, ResQ never shares or sells your location data. Our business model is to license our product directly to the teaching hospitals to support more accurate recording of time during training. We take privacy very seriously. Regarding the UI, we agree that the experience was getting a little "long in the tooth". Please install the latest update to get a more modern user experience! I think you should reconsider. Our latest update is a way better user experience. But understand if you would like to manually record your training hours. You do you! ### 1/5 — Erroneous hours *2019-08-03* The app logs hours while I’m at home even after adding my home address to my profile. There should be a way to just delete logs that were created from certain work zones. I’ve been informed that a feature is in the making to turn off workzones which hopefully will alleviate this problem **Developer response:** Sorry you’re having trouble logging duty hours at home! The feature works well for most, but can trip up on certain addresses. If you want to send us a bug report we will investigate what might be happening. Meanwhile, the new feature you mention is now available in version 1.30.5 of the app. Just visit the WorkZones tab, swipe left on the WorkZone in question, and click “Toggle Time Tracking” to stop logging hours for that WorkZone. You will no longer log hours for that WorkZone until you toggle again. Let us know if there is any more trouble! ### 5/5 — Not functional since update *2025-08-05* As title says, program no longer functions since update (~July 2025). Open the app to the login screen which doesn’t respond to touch input, so cannot even type in login information. Worked fine for several years prior in tracking my hours at our institution’s facilities. Further, most in my program who previously relied on the program have a similar problem.
