As someone who struggles to keep track of my health with school + work piling up, this app has helped me understand how I can treat my body better JUST by facial recognition. Which is super impressive since no other app has that feature. Highly recommend!!

Thanks to this app I’m not back on my regular sleep schedule, I’m more hydrated, and feel less stressed! It’s cool how you can track your daily routine like it’s a video game haha

I genuinely can’t express how much this app really helped me. For a while I thought it was normal to just feel tired and constantly feel dehydrated, but with rest I was able to learn how to not only improve my health but the way I feel! Recommended this app to all my friends you won’t regret it.

This app is surprisingly useful for staying on track. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the app has been REALLY helpful. The daily scan takes a few seconds and the insights actually match up with how I’m feeling most days (and how I would feel if I do or don’t take their recommendations). I like that it doesn’t make this whole process complicated and I don’t need to buy any extra bands or health watches. It’s been a nice way to keep an eye on my routine. I’ve been using it every morning and it’s become part of my workflow
