Had to re-register multiple times and even applied as a member with the same email again and again but to no avail. The app mentioned a verification email but no email was sent, no matter how many times I logged in. Totally unreliable, even when I contacted customer service. Such a turn off just when I was looking for a machine to relax, but was met with this joke of an app. Do better please. The app is available in Vietnam. There are massage chairs in Da Nang, but no packages can be booked. I bought credit via Malaysia because I thought it could then be redeemed anywhere in the world. That's not the case. It's like only being allowed to listen to Spotify in the country where you buy it. This is THE WORST app experience I’ve ever had. Took me 30 minutes to pay for a 15 minute massage and I really wanted a 40 minute massage but I couldn’t pay for that option because I would have had to pay for a 60 minute massage. Awful!!!! Makes you stressed before you even get your massage. You also get told to get out of the chair while trying to pay for the service.
