## What is REST Online?

REST Online 計劃是一個專為香港大學生開發的網上心理輔導平台。目的是幫助香港大學生減輕壓力，提升心理健康水平。本計劃提供為期8節網上認知行為治療服務，通過個案示範、動畫影片、論壇和練習，讓參加者學習不同的認知行為技巧，處理壓力。除了網上平台，參加者還會與資深心理輔導員面談及電話傾談各一次，進行深入探討，練習如何運用認知行為技巧來處理個人情緒問題，並通過網上問卷評估計劃成效。

本計劃由香港浸會大學主辦，由香港大學教育資助委員會資助，在計劃推行期間（2020-2021年），所有服務免費。
