It is up to date. Can’t see my super balance, thanks ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-08-28, version 5.1.1* Cannot sign in, requiring a form of security I’ve never even heard of before. Honestly thinking of switching super, shouldn’t be this hard being able to view my own funds ### 1/5 — Rest app *2026-08-18, version 5.1.1* Absolutely useless app, it signed me out and I can’t access the app anymore. I have tried a myriad of ways to reset my password but it doesn’t accept the new password and I get locked out. I much prefer the old app. ### 1/5 — Still can’t use it 2026 *2026-08-13, version 5.1.1* Hesitant to use passkeys but it’s a great app. Tried to setup Authenticator in iOS and no luck, rest app would work with it. Relunctantly signed in to Google Chrome, setup passkeys, added a passkey. Tried to login and got an error “Unable to meet the authentication requirements imposed by acr_values parameter.” REST, I don’t know what values you set or why it doesn’t work but if you value your members you’ll get this fixed and expand your troubleshooting faq’s!! ### 1/5 — “PASSKEY BARRIER” *2026-08-10, version 5.1.0* App worked fine for years on my iPhone, quick & easy to see super and balance. Now the app upgraded security features, there’s no way to bypass the “add a passkey” option. The app says to “log into your chrome” and then nothing. Cannot use the app to login anymore. Many users have made complaints. Still no fix. I understand upgrading security, but this is a technical issue on RESTS side. Would gladly add Face ID if possible. All my other apps use it. Please hurry up and fix the issue! ### 1/5 — Passkey *2026-07-07, version 5.1.0* Can’t use a passkey due to security requirements, you need to provide an alternative option. ### 1/5 — Absolute Garbage *2026-07-05, version 5.1.0* The audacity of this organisation to stop us from logging into our account. The app is absolute garbage. I can’t log in from the app. I don’t even know where the money is. Called them, they can’t help us or give us any info. I am leaving this super ASAP, and you should too. I don’t have to option to even allow this to use Face ID I don’t under what’s going on with this app after the upgrade for more security.
