### 4/5 — Italian

*2025-10-16*

I like the app but for some reason it’s in Italian and there’s no way to change the language

**Developer response:** Hi Josephine,
You can change the language from your iPhone's Settings > Apps > Rest Your Eyes

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work.

*2025-04-28*

It doesn’t work. I’ve never seen any notifications. All permissions were granted to the app. Yet, it doesn’t send any notifications. Scam!

**Developer response:** Hi Adlan,
I am sorry you are having problems with the App. Did you activate notifications from within the app settings? If you are still experiencing problems we will issue you a refund.

### 3/5 — Standby widget

*2024-12-20*

Could you make it so that the widget is compatible with standby mode? This app is almost perfect otherwise

### 1/5 — It’s not helpful

*2024-10-08*

I was expecting the app to send notifications when it’s time to take a break, instead I have to check the app to know how much time I have left. It’s not worth it.

**Developer response:** Hi Stephanie,
I am sorry you are having problems with the App. You can turn on notifications from the settings after starting an interval.
Make sure to allow notifications in your iPhone and allow the App in your current Focus Mode.

### 5/5 — Great and minimal

*2023-12-25*

Would be great if the app sends time sensitive notifications so I would not have to add it to each focus mode manually

Love the UI and can’t wait to see how it will evolve!

### 2/5 — Notifier is banner at top of screen

*2021-11-12*

I was expecting the app to enforce “rest your eyes”, meaning block the iPad Pro screen until the user starts a 20sec timer to look away for 20 seconds. This app shows the notifications banner at the top once the 20 minutes expires. I want a refund or a software change.

**Developer response:** We are sorry the App is not meeting your expectations. Unfortunately, it is not possible to block the screen, we also believe it’s better just to inform you when it’s time to take a break instead of forcing you to take it, this way we don’t completely interrupt your flow. Please request a refund via Apple.

### 1/5 — Time stops when I switch apps or turn of screen

*2021-07-23*

There seems to be no functionality adjust this. Can you fix this, please? I bought the app but it‘s essentially useless to me.

**Developer response:** We are sorry you are having issues with this. The timer should keep running even when the app is in the background. Just make sure you are not closing it when switching apps. Alternatively, you can try turning notifications on by pressing the bell icon. This way you will always get notified when the timer ends, even if you close the app.

In some rare cases, if you are using other apps that require heavy use of memory, the OS might kill some of your background tasks to preserve battery. We will investigate this issue and try to provide a solution.

If you are still experiencing problems we will issue you a refund.
