They are scams. Beware, don’t fall for the reviews. They are lies and made up by them. Beware. Scams. I deposited money same day. They deactivated my account and took my $2400. They don’t even have a call center they will say chat them. It’s a scam beware!!!!!

So I just received an email advising they declined me for a bank account ??? Their website says NO credit check !! I’m fully aware of being able to identify your customer, I do Risk Management for a living !!! I’ve lived at the same address for almost TWO YEARS now and gave you a copy of my Drivers License that proves my address !!! IF I’VE LIVED HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND SHOW YOU MY DL AS PROOF OF WHERE I LIVE, THEN YOUR’RE LYING WHEN YOU SAY THERE’S NO CREDIT CHECK !!! DO NO TRUST THIS COMPANY, ALL THEY DID WAS JUST STEAL MY INFORMATION AND I JUST GOT AN ALERT ON FROM THE CREDIT BUREAUS, IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPLYING FOR THIS ACCOUNT ABOUT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY !!! I really liked the English courses provided by Re start bank for refugees from Ukraine. During my studies, I have significantly raised my level of knowledge of the English language. It is a pity that the courses are over, I would love to learn more.

I like the bank but the flaws it’s the depositing a check into your account it takes 8 days and I still can’t use my debit when my money became available I’m guess they strict because I receive an text as soon as I made a purchase making sure it wasn’t an fraud transaction I responded it was me and it said wait 1-2 minutes I waited 4 hours before using my card again but this time I went to atm to withdraw my funds, it still won’t approve my transactions it’s frustrating because i can’t call nobody I can only chat which it takes some time for them to reply and when they do they can’t resolve the issue right away they have to send the issue to some higher up which it’s confusing because my debit card still active, I still can log in into my account just can’t get my money off or make purchases I’m scared to transfer money because I seen a review saying a person got they account closed. I’m just hoping they not scamming me

Just had money transferred to this account and couldn’t use it online or physically. Complete scam they freeze your money into the account, never moving it. I mailed the money to me to see if I’d get it by mail and I still haven’t after a month.
