## What is Restate?

Restate is built on one idea: the state you're in can be changed on purpose.
Not your life, not who you are — the state you're in right now.

Open the app, pick the state closest to where you are, and a voice guides you
through a few minutes of practice while a layered soundscape carries you into a
different one. No checking in, no streaks, no homework.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick where you are and what you need — two simple choices, no long questionnaire
• A voice guides you through the practice; a soundscape plays underneath it
• Adjust the length to the time you actually have
• Put your phone down. It keeps playing with the screen locked.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• 78 guided practices with a signature voice for every state
• 40 background soundscapes, each built from ten tracks mixed live — so the sound
never restarts at a loop point
• Download once and use them offline
• A daily reminder that fits your own rhythm
• A home screen widget that suggests a practice for the time of day

FREE TO START
Install for free and get one full guided practice plus three soundscapes, no
account and no sign-up. Every other feature — session length, reminders, the
widget, bookmarks and search — is free too.

all 40 soundscapes.
