When you get to the cart, you can’t click on proceed to check out with your cart. Customer service was not helpful at all and told me to place another order and wait another HOUR AND A HALF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And they charged my credit card! For nothing! They (Ralph) had the audacity to call and ask us to tip the driver “so that we can deliver your food”. I always tip cash so that 100% of it can go to the person it is intended for. But since when is the possibility of a delivery contingent on the amount that is tipped? Terrible business practice.
