I tried restoring my progress with Facebook but have been continuously getting the same error message. I loved this game. I obsessively played it every single day. I catered to its creators by giving in to its addictive qualities. I was even willing to get past the network errors that prevented me from completing group goals as well as the fact that there were never ads available for me to earn more gold or lower the wait time for recipes to be done. I will NOT however tolerate my progress being withheld from me, ESPECIALLY after making all of those in-app purchases. I hope the creators of this game get it together one day, because they clearly have all but abandoned it with no foreseeable updates or fixes to these absurd bugs. ### 2/5 — Fallen from glory *2022-12-29, version 2.12.1* I’ve played this game for most of the years since it’s release. I recommended it to lots of people over time. In the past 1-2 years, I don’t open the game that much because it has gotten exponentially harder to make any progress since they removed the feature where you can earn gold by watching videos. It’s not even like you could earn that many in a day, a handful here and there if you commit to maxing out the allotted videos you can watch in a day. Without that option, there are only the offers that you would have to sign up for, giving over your information or make purchases for stuff you don’t need. It’s no longer accessible to play the game. You can play for weeks on end before you can buy even one new food item, which doesn’t help you finish many more levels than you did before you bought it. I used to love this game. I wish I could still say I love it today. I cannot since I’m stuck in limbo with it. ### 2/5 — Constant bugs *2022-12-01, version 2.12.1* Another app game that doesn’t manage errors that have been around since the game started and errors that make gameplay obsolete while also making advancing a standstill process without paying huge amounts of money for digital property. They are nice in customer service but nothing is getting resolved and it’s my favorite game with lots of potential but if you cannot access goals or even receive rewards then the community and competition of this game is nonexistent making it worthless to play. I will probably refund my last purchase and delete this as it’s been a few years and before I started playing, these errors have been brought up long before I started playing. I was going to leave a long review of pros and cons but I knew if this game didn’t get any better then I’m officially done with app games anyway and everyone should switch to console and abandon any app charging money or having issues like this because you’ll get way more value from a console than an app and maybe even more support and progress. ### 2/5 — To much effort for to little reward. *2022-08-17, version 2.12.1* Just like the title say’s. You get to little in way of rewards or compensation. You have to repeatedly replay past levels over and over again just to get next to nothing. I get that sometimes you have to replay a level or to two in order for you to get a bit of a build up. Also it appears that it seems to be a bit of a cash grab. With unrealistic offers for a assistant that automatically does everything and upgrade the equipment. 75 gold but your lucky to get maybe 10 to 12 gold and then you have to use it upgrade stuff so you can unlock it just to not even come close to actually getting it. It’s more than frustrating it’s obvious what is happening. A lot of effort for to little rewards. A harsh little loop of greed and insanity. ### 3/5 — Network errors! *2022-06-26, version 2.12.1* I enjoy this game, but there are flaws with the app. On the positive, it’s a fun game! But the following issues are a daily problem. 1. The social part of the game always has “network errors” and it says I need to check my network settings. I have not been able to open this all week. It’s not my iPad’s connection. I cannot complete group goals or give/receive hearts. 2. The Duals section has connectivity problems as well, but about half as bad as the social area. Still a daily annoyance. 3. I was once able to watch ads for gold bars, but that is no longer available. I assume they cannot get advertisers. I have tried everything I know including, checking my network, turning my iPad off, and deleting the app and reinstalling all to no avail. Customer service is not much help. ### 2/5 — Is it good? Yes. Is it your best? No. *2022-02-25, version 2.12.1* The game itself is actually really fun. It’s your typical diner dash type of game. I like that it’s more from the chef perspective rather than a waitress like Diner Dash is. Theres plenty of game content to access. I have two major issues with the game- firstly, the social parts of the game stop working almost every day. There’s a section for participating in group challenges that just won’t load. It’s certainly not a connectivity issue on the part of the user as the other features such as 1v1 challenges called Duels will work fine. This is a big problem because it’s one of the very few ways to earn the things you’ll need to progress besides a limited number of game progression or achievement awards. Secondly, the ads on this game are broken. About half of them will not have an “x” button anywhere even minutes after the ad playing. I’ve tried clicking everywhere. You eventually have to close the game entirely and reopen to get rid of it. Im not one to typically complain about ads especially for a free game but to have ads you can’t close out of is very frustrating and doesn’t reflect well. I thought perhaps I’m missing an update so that’s what brought me here to the apps store. No update pending and the last one was 2 weeks again as of today. I can’t imagine anyone spending money on in-game purchases for a game that acts up so much. ### 3/5 — PLEASE FIX THESE FLAWS *2022-02-08, version 2.11.2* I have found that there hasn’t been many updates done to this game in I don’t know how long BUT here are some things I wish the creators would fix!!!: -a way to refresh the farm market instead of having to leave the window then coming back to see new produce options. -more prep kitchen slots!! 4 is not enough considering one has to wait a whole day to collect boosters that are used for 3 minutes. I usually use 6 characters which gives me 36 boosters that take forever to get and then I only get to use all 36 in less than 20 mins… Why does 6 have to be the MAX for each booster??? -I don’t understand how garlic is a common ingredient and the angus beef is rare but for some reason it’s almost impossible to get ahold of the garlic but it’s very easy to find angus beef….. ### 3/5 — Not restoring progress and etc *2022-01-04, version 2.11.2* I was having an issue with my game where it wouldn’t let me do group stuff. It kept telling me check network connection but nothing was wrong with the connection. I decided to delete the app and reinstall thinking that my progress would get restored. I had saved all my progress on Facebook. I go to restore my progress and it didn’t restore what so ever. I got really far in my game and had a lot of gold. Now I have to start all over which makes me mad cause I had made purchases with that save. I love the game but this is cool and the fact that they haven’t fixed the issue with the network connection error is wrong. Hopefully the company see this so they understand that frustration it is for the player. ### 2/5 — Fun but glitchy *2021-07-11, version 2.11.2* I love this game. Have played it for years. The game itself is challenging but fun. If you’re patient you don’t have to spend any real money. However there are some major issues. The group goal will not let me play. It says there is an internet connection issue. I can do everything else that runs on internet so not sure why this won’t work. It also crashes a lot, taking tokens and supplies without getting to play the level. Also, if you don’t play for a few days, it takes FOREVER to redownload all the levels, social section and duel levels. Most recently it has to download everything every single time, taking up to 10 minutes just to play. As a result I recently didn’t play for almost a year just because I didn’t have the time or patience to wait for it. Thought when I came back it would be fixed bit it was worse. Please fix these issues. I really want to keep playing this game. ### 3/5 — READ BELOW! *2021-06-01, version 2.11.2* Look, this game is absolutely amazing, I really love it! It’s so fun and there’s tons of levels! It’s so great because you aren’t playing in the same restaurant the whole time, you get a change of scenery and I love it!! And one of the best parts is... it’s so easy to earn in game money!! It’s the best of all worlds.. but I only gave it 3 stars instead of 5. That’s because I went to make a name for myself so I can add other players, and all of a sudden, it deleted everything I had and started me at the beginning. I was so upset!! I was almost done with the first restaurant and well into the second one and it just started me back at the beginning. I have no idea why this is but I’m so angry. Something needs to be done about these bugs because I’m not sure if I’m willing to start over again... ### 2/5 — Fun game but filled with tech issues *2021-04-28, version 2.10.6* The premise of this game is great and playing it is very fun. I love working through the different levels and restaurants, playing the duels, and appreciate the easy ways to accumulate gold bars and subsequently higher levels. I have been sticking with this game for over two years, and all of this earns the solid two stars. The downside though is that this game is so glitchy that it kills the positive points. It has recently gotten a lot worse with constant freezing, kicking you out of a scene where you end up losing points and special meals, inspector challenges that don’t work ... the list goes on and on. I’m tired of hearing it’s my wifi and available memory on my phone ... because both are ample and strong. These glitches really need to be worked out for the game to truly be successful. ### 3/5 — Delish ‘n Chips *2021-02-28, version 2.9.5* I like Gordon Ramsay’s Dash. I have downloaded it on multiple devices. I would love: *To skip tutorials on new recipes unlocked and new restaurants unlocked. *Serve customers that ordered first, instead of going to the customer closest to the the root beer and pretzels dispensers. ^^This is annoying when the customer’s patience is thin and their order is blinking, just before they leave.^^ * To not be penalized for Duels I’ve forfeited. * To have tiers of rewards for group goals completed by myself and one person, myself and two people, & myself and three people (grand prize) instead of ^^myself and myself plus three friends.^^ My friends and I aren’t always on at the same time. We shouldn’t be penalized because we live in different time zones or aren’t playing the game during group goal time limits. Some entry fees are high since you have to depend on the availability of others to reach the Grand Prize. *For Super Gordon to only serve those items that I don’t already have in my hands. ^I shouldn’t have to discard items because Super Gordon served the same items I already had in my hands ready to deliver when I activated Super Gordon.^ ### 3/5 — Fun game with some glitches *2020-05-30, version 2.7.12* I’ve been playing this game for over 4 years now. Make sure you sign up with your Facebook account so it can save your progress in case you delete the game and re-download after. I haven’t opened all the restaurants, but I can tell Sweet ‘n’ Savory has a glitch on the bottom seasoning station. Ads are a little annoying because you normally get the same 3 ads over, and over, and over, and over... They got rid of the happy hour where you could collect double the amount of gold, which is so lame... I refuse to pay for gold on a game that has glitches! You can watch ads for gold and to accelerate recipes, but after a certain amount of time, no ads will be available to watch. However, once you close out of that window, AN AD APPEARS!!!!!!! The game has been the same for years and they haven’t added anything more fun... It just seems like they want you to buy gold but they’re not improving the game much. ### 3/5 — Why do I have to pay so much to play? *2019-10-03, version 2.7.2* It feels really irritating because to upgrade anything in the game, it requires gold as payment. But, it’s EXTREMELY hard to earn gold for free. Yes you can watch videos for 1 gold bar a piece, but you can only watch about 3 until it says there aren’t anymore available. I feel really annoyed with Gordon Ramsay, because he’s incredibly rich. He earns so much money from so many different things, so he’s really making his fans and people who want to play a game pay ridiculous prices. It’s unfair to those who aren’t financial stable enough to afford it. Gordon Ramsay and the developers of this game really shouldn’t be charging people for this it when they already earn a ton. The game is actually really fun and well made. I would really like to play, but I can’t! ### 2/5 — It was fun until..... *2019-06-19, version 2.7.2* I was having a really great time playing and advancing through levels when the game wouldn’t let me play anymore. It looked like it was stuck in an update. I couldn’t play any levels because it said the content was still downloading. No matter what I did I couldn’t play. Someone recommended I delete the app and download it again ( I thought this should be fine since I played through my Facebook account ) when i downloaded it again it took me through the entire tutorial once more and wouldn’t let me connect. When I finally did connect through Facebook, to my dismay it lost all of my previous game!!! It’s like I had to start from the beginning all over again when I was already moving onto the 3rd restaurant! Really disappointed, because I was really enjoying the game and I love Gordon Ramsey. :( ### 2/5 — Too Expensive *2019-01-30, version 2.7.2* To be competitive in this game, you have to upgrade your restaurant. For that, you need gold. Gold is rather expensive to purchase with cash, and there are little opportunities for free gold in the game. I feel if this game offered more free gold, I would find it more fun to play. Even the bonus days where customers tip gold, it seems like you will only collect enough for 2-5 upgrades depending on the restaurants level and the time you spend playing. Over all, I do enjoy the game, but find it to be more of a rip off than actual worth. I’m probably going to delete it, just so I’m no longer tempted to buy gold. Also, the game has several glitches. Glitches regularly occur when trying to do group goals. The game doesn’t always track the progress of the goal correctly, so you can end up wasting recipes, clicking global objects, and challenge coins before you realize the app isn’t tracking your progress. Every now and then there will be an event that is advertised, but for some reason will not work when you play the game. Sometimes the game has a lot of trouble loading duels and social aspects to the game as well. ### 3/5 — Would love to give this game 5 stars *2018-12-10, version 2.7.2* But I can’t. Not that it’s not fun, it is. In the beginning. But there are some major bugs in this game that I have repeatedly emailed about but they don’t get fixed. Challenges don’t get competed even after you click on one and waste hearts to try and complete a challenge like use super Gordon 4 times. Well you do and it doesn’t register so you have to try again but eventually you run out of ingredients needed to play the game. You really need to have money available or a lot of time to try earning gold and coins or you’ll never be able to get the goal, get 5 stars in every episode. Everything in the game is limited, and to get beyond that, you need money. If all the bugs were worked out it wouldn’t be so bad but it’s very frustrating. You can play for 20 minutes or so before you run out of ingredients, then you either buy more with money or you wait. Fun game, still play it but could be a lot better. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Used to be fun until they took away videos to earn gold *2022-04-21, version 2.12.1* As with every other game, this game turned out to be one where the creators just want people to pay more money. One of the best features was the ability to earn gold by watching ad videos which helped level up restaurants and speed up prep kitchen recipes. All of a sudden, and without warning they stopped the video feature. Their answer to earning gold is having to spend more money to complete offers and earn gold that way. The cost of most offers is ridiculous, and most of the items are not something I would ever purchase. While there are other ways to earn a few gold bars here and there, they take forever. There is also no longer an option to speed up recipes that help win levels, which means everything takes longer. I have purchased some level packs and gold because I was able to supplement what I earned in the game without spending a crazy amount. But, now I’m not going to play this game anymore and waste my time or money. ### 1/5 — Game crashed and reset my progress. *2020-10-18, version 2.9.5* So... the title explains it all. I lost all of my progress. I never paid for anything, but I had opened three restaurants and was mostly through the first two, had gotten through multiple fame tiers, and I was enjoying game play for the most part. The game glitched, completely restarted me, and even though I had connected the game to my Apple account, could not restore my progress. There is no section of the customer care FAQ that covers restoring in the event that progress is lost, it only covers transferring in the event you were trying to load on a new device, but doesn’t explain how to do so. (I assumed if I logged in to my account the progress would restore, it did not.) Other than this rage-quit-inducing glitch, the game is fun. That said, it’s also incredibly difficult to advance without the in-game gold, which, unless you’re doing the daily challenges regularly, is doled out piecemeal and is never enough to upgrade what you need. Really sorry to say it but I don’t want to go through all that progress again and play that amount of time for very little pay-off. If the game hadn’t reset I may have still considered playing, but because of the sheer difficulty of upgrading I was considering removing the app anyway. My decision was made easy after the reset. Overall, fun game play but terrible experience. ### 1/5 — not worth it *2020-01-12, version 2.7.2* i think this is the first review i’ve given on an app.. long story short this was a very entertaining game. great concept and pretty diverse in terms of the global aspect. however, i’d advise you save your time and money, as it’s not worth getting attached to. there are constant bugs with apps consisting of connectivity issues (which have nothing to do with YOUR wifi connection, despite how many times customer support will try to tell you so), not getting properly compensated for group goals/purchases, lagging, etc. the most irritating part of it all though, is that customer service continues to reply with the same copy and paste scripted answer. “the team is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it,” every. single. time....there are reviews on here complaining of the exact same thing from 1+ year(s) ago..i think it’s safe to say it’s not getting resolved any time soon lol. at the end of the day it’s just a game, but like many others i don’t mind putting time + money into something that’s truly entertaining and enjoyable. this app is no longer that so i think i’m good. ### 1/5 — Pay to win game *2019-06-25, version 2.7.2* Game is fun, actually game is awesome and you will want to play it all the time, every gamer understand that devs need to live and they earn money by creating games but, this game force you to buy golds without buying gold you cant achieve 3 stars in missions and this is not good. I have made several communications to “customer care” over the years but they NEVER LISTEN!! They ALWAYS blame the customer. “You need to delete stuff off your phone so it has enough GB to support the game.” “Make sure you’re connected to a GOOD WiFi.” Oh and “we aren’t affiliated with tapjoy so we are sorry you didn’t get the 1.5k gold you were promised if you made it level 15 in a game you would never have otherwise played, here have 10 gold hope that helps.” Are you serious?! I have told them repeatedly, I am always connected to WiFi at home or work where I have excellent connection! If my phone’s memory is an issue it’s because this game requires TOO MUCH of it and the game developers don’t care to improve their game. Period! No way in God’s green earth would I ever recommend you spend money on this game!! If you do everything you bought/upgraded could just disappear and all they would say is “make sure you’re connected to a good source of WiFi and delete everything else that might be more important than a game so we can take up a ridiculous amount of memory, oh and sorry for the inconvenience here have 10 gold.” ### 1/5 — Fun Game but... *2018-09-26, version 2.6.9* This is a fun game but there are many issues. 1. The Wishelin Inspector comes during ridiculous hours like at night when people are asleep. He's only available for a couple hours If you miss him, you lose your star. You can only play 2 levels to gain a star and you have to pay to call him for other restaurants. It only allows me to play the same 2 restaurants to gain a star, and they are restaurants where I already have a star. 2. They have events like the free chef duels/chef arena event. However, it won't connect to the network for either the chef arena or the duels. Therefore, the event runs out and you aren't able to play. 3. When I contact customer care, they take too long to respond and when they do, they ask stupid questions as if they don't understand the issue described, even if I have been very detailed. I like this game but I will not continue to play if problems continue to arise. Please fix the issues. Edit after 1 year. 1. The game has not added anything new in something like 10 months. 2. There’s always some problem. When I try to join group goals, I get this ‘check connection’ error when there’s nothing wrong with my connection. This is the only game I have problems with. 3. Customer service continues to give ridiculous responses. When I ask about new content, they ignore that part. I’m done. If I could give it zero stars, I would. ### 1/5 — Very glitchy and worst customer support *2018-08-09, version 2.6.9* It’s a fun game when it works. Customer support is the absolute worst, never resolved issues and at times doesn’t even respond!! There are a lot of special events but you need to pay attention to see if they are working and I have to close game and go back several times to get them to work. This isn’t the first time but is definitely the last time. So, if you would like to waste your time and have companies scam you then this is the game for you!! I continued to have issues and customer support recommended that I delete game and reload. Once I did this I lost all progress! I linked back with FB as they suggested and now I can still access my customer support messages but I am back at the start of the game with everything gone. Customer hasn’t responded in days and did nothing to help resolve an issue they created. ### 1/5 — Major glitches in Prato Toscano restaurant *2018-08-02, version 2.6.9* The game keeps closing out in this particular restaurant. The app completely closes itself out, and you’re back to your phone home screen. All the other restaurants, levels, duels, etc work just fine. My iPhone, the dash app, my iOS, etc etc etc are all the newest/latest and up to date. The app just closes out in the middle of playing, and it only happens in this restaurant. Everything else in the app works just fine. This is especially frustrating because when the app just closes itself in the middle of playing a level in the Prato Toscano restaurant, you lose everything as if you never played it. So i lose all my boosts I may have used each time it does this. This is not ok when you’re trying to make a group goal in a certain amount of time, and when you’ve waited to gain boosts from the market. ### 1/5 — Good game bad model *2018-07-26, version 2.6.9* The money wallet haggling is horrible. There’s so many places to unlock but the game is so grindy and time consuming if you do not spend real cash money on it. It would be nice if at least the first place you start with had much cheaper upgrades rather than replaying same levels over 50+ times yes folks you need to play over 50 times just to be able to afford the 5th out of 10 upgrades while the cost just gets multiplied and the earnings only go up maybe 2-3 coins per upgrade. This business model is clearly for farming money off of unsuspecting customers and consumers. The app specifically targets young audiences who will no doubt ask Mom and Dad for Gordon dollars. They need to cut the cost of all upgrades and new buildings by at least 60% for the game for me to even consider spending money on it. The current model, you would have to spend over $5,879 just to completely upgrade the first new shops. I have not done the calculations on the rest yet. ### 1/5 — Game automatically reduces hearts and gold *2018-02-17, version 2.6.9* I deleted this game after I found there is a scam glitch in the game. Beware of losing your hearts and gold. I found out about this scam when I should have had well over 350 hearts but ended up with low 200’s every time I completed group goals to gain more hearts. All of my gold disappeared, and my hearts reduced each time I played a group goal, in particular ‘click on 5 objects on map’ to win 15 hearts. The game reduced my heart count by 10 and gave back 15. I tested this 2 days in a row then contacted customer support who made no attempt to research or fix the issue. I took screen shots before and after. Customer support blamed the issue on me. I did not send hearts to my friends list, nor buy anything. Yet again, customer support still said it’s my fault. They accused me of playing on an iPad which I do not have, and blamed it sharing my device, which I never do. I only play on 1 device - my phone and it’s always with me. Customer support was unresponsive and the developers are not accountable for scamming customers. Please beware! They discreetly reduce your hearts and gold when you perform the group goals. Keep an eye and count of your hearts and gold. Make sure they don’t scam you too. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Stolen game progress, twice! *2021-01-19, version 2.9.5* I have been playing this game since before it switched over to the Ramsey update. Loved the game and have built my game progress up to where I finally had all of the chefs in each room, and most of all the upgrades in each room, with the exception of happy hours. Then, just like that, everything was gone and I was told that I would have to download the game again and re-sync to Facebook. Did that and was able to get most things back, but not my PURCHASED gold. Frustrated, but kept playing the game. Making sure I kept saving my progress...Now, about a year later, back down to almost factory settings and everything lost again! Now I'm in the fight with game producers to try to get my game back. Got the same instructions from producers to re-sync to Facebook, but this time I only got back a small portion of progress. It is stealing, it is unfair, and it has to stop. Players beware. ### 5/5 — One of my favorite kitchen games *2020-11-29, version 2.9.5* It’s very fun to play this game, I’ve been playing for a couple of years now and still continue to play, continue to buy more restaurants and to get max stars in them. I don’t like every Jew place I open, some just have food that look a little funny. I do hate the limit of only being able to play until you run out of grocery bags. I with you could play as long as you want like other kitchen game apps. They used to have unlimited playing time on weekends and am surprised they took that off. I can spend a long time playing and having fun. It can be a challenge if u don’t spend real money, but I still love it. I have used a bit of money on the game and I found it worth it because it’s super entertaining ### 5/5 — Best cooking game ever! *2019-08-16, version 2.7.2* I’ve been playing this game for years, and I love it. I’m a huge Gordon Ramsey fan and this app captures his personality. He even cusses you out when you make a mistake, which I find hilarious. Multiple venues offer plenty of variety. Each season becomes increasingly difficult, without becoming frustrating. Each new dish is introduced with a brief, and very helpful tutorial. The duel portion of the game is also fun, and provides the opportunity to earn cool stuff, including supplies and gold. Serving the Wishelin Inspector also gives you goodies, and you can buy and sell ingredients for coins. I’ve seen some reviewers complain about the cost, but if you’re patient, and play regularly, there are plenty of opportunities to get gold, supplies, and avatar accessories without spending real world money. But again, it does take some time to earn enough gold to buy the major upgrades. If you’re less patient, go ahead a spend the money, it’s worth it. Initially the game was a bit glitchy, but the developers seem to have worked out the kinks. I haven’t had a issue with game play for the past year. The graphics are great and the music is cool. If you like cooking games, I really suggest you give this one a try. I have had this glorious game for nearly a year; unlocked many of the restaurants, had spent hours and hours and hours downloading other games and playing them just to have gold to play around with in game... but when I got on this morning, something had happened and literally all of my progress was destroyed. I have already flipped this game onto several different devices, and have always kept it logged in with my Facebook so I never lose my place... well; when I tried Facebook again, it still has nothing saved. I can’t imagine having to start over, in fact I don’t know if I can... Like all apps there are glitches but for the most part I’ve had no major issues. I have broke down and spent real money on gold before but they have some really good deals that are hard to pass up, especially if you are a constant player like myself. The only thing I don’t like are some of the “free gold offers”. I usually do these on the double gold weekends and some of the them have small print rules that I learned early on to read carefully. The support team has fix all but 1 of the problems I’ve had getting paid out for the gold, I would say over all I’m happy with the service I have received. ### 5/5 — Fun to play but impossible to upgrade without $$ *2017-10-11, version 2.4.6* It's a really fun game but you have to spend real money if you want to level up and make upgrades. The free offers for you to obtain gold are very spammy and could contain viruses. The only safe offers are the ones to watch video ads. And you only get one bar of gold for that which won't upgrade anything. If they offered more ways to get gold everyday I would give them a higher rating. I don't mind watching ads but more gold would be nice. The free offers will put you on the mailing list from hell and you will be unmercifully and relentlessly spammed until you are forced to get a new email account. Terrible. ### 4/5 — Great game but could better some things *2023-05-18* I’ve been playing this game for a bit now and I absolutely love it. However, there’s some stuff that could be better. The amount of gold you win from rewards should be raised. Eventually, it becomes seemingly impossible to get enough gold to make upgrades that are needed unless you spend money to get more. Another thing is the Quick Duel game play. It’s been a few days and when I try to do the Quick Duels, it just says I have no internet connection when I in fact have perfectly fine connection and it’s very disappointing because that’s my favorite part of the game. I messaged Support and was told to keep an eye on the game News section because they’re trying to fix that issue and updates will be on there, but it’s been days and 1- still no fix and 2- I cannot figure out how to see the game News section to keep track of whether or not the issue will be fixed soon or not. Maybe it’s me, but I just cannot figure out where to view that at. Overall, this is a great game, but please raise the amount of gold we can win so we can realistically make the upgrades we need! ### 4/5 — Absolutely amazing *2022-06-25, version 2.12.1* I love this game so much. It’s one of my favorites and the only cooking game I’ll ever need. The only bad thing is that there’s usually a “network error” when you want to go to the social section. At first I thought it was my internet but soon realized it was not. I really hope you guys can solve this problem cause it’s very very annoying, I mean sometimes you can’t connect to that section for daaaays :( Other than that, I enjoy everything that was created for the game. Very clever and funny to have Gordon’s voice in the game, especially when you make mistakes or don’t succeed in an episode haha. I used to play it quite a bit 4 years ago. Then something got broken and network error was introduced resulting in inability to complete group goals; came back to check on it 4 years later; the bug is still not fixed. Every other reviewer complains about it. Such a shame!!! Gorgeous graphics, wonderful game play, great design decisions, hours of fun play. A++ on all of this. Yet the network aspect of the game is just a complete flop. Indisputable F. So sad. Renders the game almost unplayable. You won’t beat it any time soon and it does reasonably increase in difficulty. I’ve played other games that are similar where you get to a certain point and it’s impossible to beat or you can’t afford the upgrades without spending real money. This game isn’t like that. I would say it’s a perfect game except for one thing, like another review said, PLEASE FIX THE DOWNLOAD BUG!!! I’ve practically stopped playing the game because I have to wait so long for anything to load. Each aspect of the game has to “download” and it takes so long I turn to something else and forget I was trying to play. I’m talking 20 minutes or more.
