Il mio ristorante utilizza questa app da tempo per le prenotazioni avendo, nel tempo lamentato i diversi disservizi, uno fra i quali importantissimo è quello che non si possono chiudere da app le prenotazioni per i giorni futuri cosa che qualsiasi app di gestione delle prenotazioni fa ovviamente fare, per farlo ti rimandano all’uso del pc che trovo assurdo perché l’app è immediata e non sempre si ha a disposizione un pc che comunque fa perdere tempo e spesso si lavora sui minuti, se si prova a chiudere le prenotazioni a mezzanotte non lo permette perché l’app dice che il ristorante è chiuso. Spesso nel corso della giornata quando si opta per la chiusura delle prenotazioni, ad un certo punto si riattivano,dato che non si sta sempre con l’app aperta ecco che giungono prenotazioni delle quali il ristoratore è ignaro perché sa fi aver chiuso il servizio, la conseguenza è che si rischia di trovarsi i clienti che dicono di aver prenotato con quandoo mentre si è ignari perché è stata eseguita la corretta procedura di chiusura dei servizi, quindi ci si trova di fronte a persone alle quali è stata rovinata la serata perché il ristorante in questione è full e la pessima figura che si fa di fronte al cliente senza avere alcuna responsabilità 
Vi invito a cambiare questa pessima app perché è lesiva per la regolare gestione dell’attività di ristorazione

App started off well, but it’s been faulty for over 3 months. Told it was isolated to our account. Not given decent solutions, only told to wait for it to be resolved. More than 3 months on and still waiting. Customer service/account management used to be good, but now useless and very rude, once you notify them you’re leaving. 

Not worth the hassle. And disruptive to your business and time. Quandoo expects you to sit at a device 24/7 managing bookings through email, when app isn’t working.

The app is great and helps me see how my business is doing on a daily, weekly & monthly basis with Quandoo. 

I also have their integrated MPoS Air regi which lets me manage all my business in one place.
