Downloaded and registered for the new app as instructed and assumed this would update my account and carry over my rewards and points, but no, lost them all. Never using any restaurants in this chain again, absolute rubbish

i had £11 on my app and now it doesn’t let me log in and spend it, only creating a new account ridiculous and you should be ashamed, not going to use restaurants using this app

Downloaded the app because I was sent an email purporting to be from Chaakoo, a restaurant I like, offering a loyalty scheme.  Yet Chaakoo not part of the arrangement, pointless.

Downloaded this as instructed by DRG. Claimed current points would be automatically transferred and £10 added if downloaded by a certain date. Did exactly as instructed and account was verified. States points and £10 would appear in app within 24hours. Two weeks later still nothing in wallet- still showing £0. Have submitted comment via the app. No response. Should have over £25 to spend. What a con! Would give 0 stars if possible. Currently considering next steps. This is theft and fraud.

The old version of this app had a “history” page where you could track your points per visit. That seems to have disappeared in this version, so always note your points balance before a visit and check it afterwards to make sure your reward has been added. I contacted DRG twice about this and got no reply, so not very impressed with their back office.

The DRG Restaurant Rewards app is a great way to earn perks while dining out. Everything runs smoothly, from signing up to redeeming rewards. The app is easy to navigate, and there are plenty of perks that actually add value. A must-have for regular visitors!
