R365 IS PROBABLY THE WORST APP... JUST TRY - I DARE YOU TO TRY TO USE THE IPAD TO CREATE A SCHEDULE... I DOUBLE DARE YOU ... IT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK. IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE... It’s actually laughable how terrible this thing is. I can’t for the life of me imagine how a developer could release a product that just doesn’t even function at its base level of providing an employee with their schedule. If you want to see your schedule, you’re going to have to delete and then redownload the app EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CLOSE IT. The people who make this should be ashamed to have released such a terrible product, and I’m pretty upset that my workplace had chosen to use this service over what we had. The only reason I can imagine they’ve chosen this product is because it must be cheap- which would make sense because this app truly is a dollar store version of a scheduling app. ### 1/5 — Can’t see who you’re working with *2019-05-19, version 1.0.0* The app if fine but if I want to switch shifts I can’t see who is or isn’t working. Can u pls fix this thank u ### 1/5 — This app is a joke *2019-05-06, version 1.0.0* This must be the cheaper alternative to Hotschedules because that’s the only reason I can think of why restaurants even use this. It’s absolute trash, not only does the app not work right now, but there’s glitches on literally everything. We have to use GroupMe to swap and pick up shifts because the creators of this app didn’t consider a way to work that one out. The layout is terrible. Managers simply emailing us the schedule would be just as efficient as this, if not more, and would cost nothing. I do not recommend. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE APP *2019-04-08, version 0.4.4* Every time I save my stock count the app decides to erase my entire count that took me hours. They still haven’t fixed this bug so be aware of this problem if you plan to do your stock count without a hard copy. ### 1/5 — Clunky and Ugly *2019-01-20, version 0.4.3* Stock counts could use a much better numeric keypad. Scheduling is not user friendly at all. Not nearly as easy as Hotschedules or PeopleMatter. ### 1/5 — This app is tragic. *2019-01-12, version 0.4.3* I’m unable to even stay logged in on this app. It says I have an invalid username/password, but my combination will work on the mobile website. I don’t understand how to pick up shifts or release shifts. I updated the app thinking that it would solve the problem and now it doesn’t even log in. It sits at the loading screen for 10 minutes and can’t recognize the domain name. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Overall garbage *2021-05-28, version 1.0.7* Please put somebody in charge of developing this app. It constantly crashes, logs me out, and I can’t even look at yesterday’s schedule without logging in on a desktop and I have a manager account, super inconvenient and annoying. The app is slow, ugly, useless and has absolutely no user interface, fix it. ### 1/5 — Zero Stars *2021-05-01, version 1.0.7* I have to reset my password each and every time I try to log in. It starts there and gets worse. It’s astounding that the programming is this bad. Right now it’s doubling every keystroke so that I’m unable to enter inventory. I have never hated an app more than I currently hate this one. It’s incomprehensible. Today’s problem: the password they send me to reset my password isn’t recognizing as valid. Every time.
