This app can feel frustrating at first, especially when you’re chasing the dream of opening your first restaurant. But that’s exactly why it’s such an invaluable tool. It exposes where landlords might be taking advantage of you and lays out what you need to do to succeed. If you think it’s impossible, remember—data doesn’t lie. The possibilities (and the hard work) are up to you. Trust the numbers. I used this app to open my first restaurant, and I’m still here.
