## What is RestIQ?

RestIQ automatically starts your rest timer between sets:

Put your phone down to lift, then pick it up when you're done. RestIQ detects when you pick up your phone and starts your rest timer automatically, so you never have to stop and start a stopwatch between sets. Once your timer finishes, RestIQ keeps counting until you actually place your phone down.

Live on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island:

Your rest timer stays visible without needing to keep the app open. Watch the countdown in the Dynamic Island, and pause, reset, skip, or start your next set right from the Lock Screen. It keeps running even when your phone is in your pocket.

Never guess your rest again:

Automatic set & rest detection: put your phone down to train, pick it up to rest.

Overtime tracking: see exactly how much you exceed your target rest by.

Custom rest presets: set the exact rest time you want and switch between presets on the fly.

Haptics & chime: get a clear cue the instant your rest is up, without staring at the screen.

Workout summary: review your sets and rest times after every session.
