Please give me my money back. This is not ready for prime time. Vibrations are too low. It doesn’t follow any logical pattern or even tries to assess sleep or patterns. It just based on some logic that definitely has no sleep alignment. Need a lot of fixing and make it true to the claims. Just a vibration maker. Didn’t keep me awake.

It’s a great idea, and the developer team is very helpful.

**Developer response:** Hello,
The problem is likely that the app is not authorized to access your heart rate. To authorize it your can either:
- launch the iPhone Restless app and it should prompt you to give access to your heart rate
- If you had already launched the iPhone app and declined to give access, you can go to the Health App > Sources > Restless and then toggle the heart monitoring authorization.
