## What is RestSpan?

RestSpan helps flight crew plan in-flight rest periods and stay on schedule. Enter your flight times, choose your crew configuration, and get a clear UTC rest timetable — with alarms to remind you before each rest window ends.

Built for pilots and cabin crew who need fast, reliable rest scheduling during long-haul operations.

PLAN AROUND YOUR FLIGHT

• Enter times using Takeoff/ETA, Cruise Start/End, or Takeoff/Flight Time
• Define your rest window — minutes after takeoff or cruise start, and before ETA
• All times displayed in UTC
• Optional rounding to the nearest 5 minutes

Set an alarm for any rest period and RestSpan will notify you 15 minutes before it ends — so you have time to prepare and return on duty. Choose from a range of alarm sounds in Settings.
