## What is RestTally?

RestTally is a sleep debt calculator and rest planning app designed for people who want a clearer view of recent sleep balance.

With permission, RestTally reads Apple Health sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate summaries. When Health data is missing, you can add a manual sleep entry. RestTally estimates recent sleep debt and turns it into a simple tonight plan with target duration, bedtime, wake time, and practical repayment steps.

Main features:
- Sleep debt balance
- Apple Health sleep context
- Manual sleep entry
- Tonight repayment plan
- Optional AI explanation
- English and Chinese language switch

Disclaimer:
RestTally provides general sleep planning guidance only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or professional medical services.
