I have used it on the PC for quite some time and am glad to see them come out with a version for iOS. The"gamification" makes it really easy to start using it right away and then to learn the more advanced features. It starts out as a basic pomodoro timer and as you "level up" new features are activated and introduced one at a time. Its "contexts" feature has helped me realize how much time I spend on activities like answering emails vs work that produces output---making it easier to balance the two. ### 5/5 — I hate the way this app tricks me into productivity *2019-03-18* I’ve been using this on the desktop for a few weeks, and I’ve been startled by the way it has changed my thinking and my habits to become more effective and productive. However, when the app runs on the background, it often fails to notify you when you should pack for your points. It’s really helping me get focussed on tasks, so it’s mildly heartbreaking when a box bursts on you because you are forced into a synchronisation which becomes unresponsive. It seems like the worst time to initiate a sync (that creates delays in user interaction) when you’re giving them a limited time in which to respond. The cancel sync button did nothing to help rescue my focus box from imminent doom! This issue literally just happened to me so I’m currently filling up a trash can with the time it’s taking me to write this. ### 5/5 — Achieving Your Goal *2025-10-04, version 1.9.207* Through this app I have achieved my hard earned job. The way I can track my activities through this app in a very simple graphics is amazing. You should add more levels for free users. Each level open new features which also encouraged me somehow.
