But I do not see a way to download the resumé to my files, which is extremely annoying after working so hard to build one exactly how I like it. There is also no tech support readily available. Please advise as this just cost me 8 dollars. Thanks! :) ### 3/5 — Hmmm… 🤔 *2024-11-05, version 2.19* Not sure what’s going on, but I’ve been using—and paid for—this app in 2018 and just did a full restore of my devices so that I can have a clean install for the new major software update. Now, as I’ve re-downloaded the app, I can no longer access my data. I tap “restore”, I get the pay screen. I tap “sync with iCloud”, once again… pay screen. I haven’t found a section within the app to contact the developer directly, so here I am leaving this review. I really hope this issue gets resolved quickly. ### 3/5 — Needs more features *2024-09-16, version 2.19* Used resume app for years. What would be helpful is if you could rearrange your work history. When you enter new work experience, it adds it to the bottom of the list. It makes attractive resumes and CVS, but the advertised feature of cloud sync is broken. After installing on an iPad and an iPhone, your resumes never sync across devices, which means the main feature I paid for doesn’t work.
