## What is Resurface?

You know what you don't want — which means you know what you do want. The gap between those two places is emotional, and it's bridgeable. That's what Focus Wheel does.

Based on Process #17 from Abraham-Hicks' Ask and It Is Given, Focus Wheel helps you reach for a feeling of relief — one small, true step at a time. You take a subject that's bothering you and gently build a wheel of 12 better-feeling thoughts until you're lined up with what you actually want. And that feels good.

Your coach walks you through the process conversationally, or you can do it on your own in solo mode. Either way, you'll feel the shift as you go.

The app includes an interactive Emotional Guidance Scale — a visual map of where you are emotionally and what processes can help you from there. Focus Wheel is one of 22 processes in the Abraham-Hicks toolkit. All 22 live together in our companion app, Resurface.
